We are a local company and we provide outstanding service. We offer four property tax appeal packages for local home owners within the Greater Sacramento Region. (Call us regarding commercial property):

Bronze Package – $25.00+
This type of service usually consists of providing a few comparable properties for you with no other explanations or analysis. We charge a very minimal fee to cover costs and time involved. We can also provide other types of research. 

Gold Package – $75.00
We provide an Assessor-friendly report for your property that includes convincing evidence of your property’s true value and market trend graphs. We will give you guidance for what to expect during the Appeals Board hearing (it sounds intimidating, but you can do it… seriously). In this package, we provide you with everything you need to appeal your property taxes.    

Platinum Package – $175.00 

We fill out the Application for Changed Assessment for you. We provide an Assessor-friendly report for your property that includes convincing evidence of your property’s true value and market trend graphs. We will turn in your appeal to the County Assessment Appeals Board. As your agent, we appear in your place before the County Appeals Board. You do not need to attend this hearing. We will notify you of the results of the appeal. In this package we provide everything for you and completely handle the Appeals Board hearing for you if there is a need for one. Sit back and we’ll do everything.

Neighborhood Property Tax Party – Quote ($200+)

If you have a few neighbors interested in appealing their property taxes, let’s coordinate our schedules. We’ll come over with a laptop for 2-3 hours to have individual conversation with you and your neighbors. We can work out discount pricing depending on how many people you anticipate inviting. We usually want to walk away with at least $200.00, but the final negotiated amount really depends on how many people come as well as time and distance involved. 

This is a great option for all of us because: 1) It meets your needs at a discounted price (usually by more than 30%); 2) It builds community with neighbors (we’re big fans of stronger neighborhoods); and 3) It’s fun for us to interact in person with home owners for a couple of hours. The big idea here is that home owners will come to a “Tax Party” like this, enjoy a good time with neighbors, and walk away with an appeal in their hands – all ready to file. There will be group and individual conversation.

We provide property tax appeal services to multiple counties within the Greater Sacramento Region. We cover the following counties: Sacramento, Placer, Yolo, El Dorado, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Solano, Sutter, Yuba & Merced. Prices may change depending upon the complexity of your property or if it is located in an outlying area and you want us to argue your case before the County Assessment Appeals Board. Additionally, please note the rates above are based on residential properties only. Call us about commercial quotes.

We will provide you with a copy of your appeal in a timely manner along with a receipt showing payment in full. We will also help to answer some of your questions about the appeals process by making our “Home Owners Tax Appeal FAQ” available to you. We cannot guarantee the outcome of your appeal (nobody can). If you withdraw or settle your appeal with the Assessor before the hearing, no refund will be issued.
